Bring original license and a copy of the original license.
Bring a Photo ID. (Drivers license, Passport, etc.)
Minors must have 2 forms of ID and SS number.
Bring original CSCE and copy of CSCE for prior elements passed.
Bring a pen and a pencil with eraser.
Exam fee is $14.00 for 2008.
Walk-ins are welcome.
